Escortivo (escortivo.com) is an online advertising directory and classifieds platform. Escortivo does not produce, hire, contract for, manage, or otherwise arrange for the participation of performers in sexually explicit conduct. Accordingly, Escortivo is exempt from the record-keeping requirements of 18 U.S.C. § 2257 and 28 C.F.R. Part 75 as a secondary producer that qualifies as a "mere distributor" under the statute.

Uploader Responsibility

All content published on the platform is uploaded directly by individual advertisers. By uploading content, each advertiser certifies that every person depicted in their content was at least eighteen (18) years of age at the time such content was created, and that the advertiser maintains any records required of primary producers under 18 U.S.C. § 2257 and 28 C.F.R. Part 75 where applicable.

Age Verification and Moderation

All account holders must confirm during registration that they are 18 years of age or older. All uploaded content is reviewed by our moderation team before publication. Any content that is suspected to depict a person under the age of 18 is removed immediately and, where required by law, reported to the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children (NCMEC) and the appropriate authorities.
