Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Escortivo (the "Platform"), you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age, have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, you must not use the Platform. Your continued use constitutes ongoing acceptance of any updates to these Terms, which we may publish at any time with or without notice.

2. Description of Service

Escortivo is an online classified advertising directory. We provide a platform where independent adult service providers ("Models") may publish profiles and where members of the public may browse those profiles. Escortivo does not itself provide escort, companionship, or any other personal services. All arrangements made between users are strictly between the parties involved. We are not a party to any such arrangement and expressly disclaim any liability arising from it.

3. Eligibility and Age Verification

You must be 18 years of age or older to access or use the Platform in any capacity — as a visitor, a registered user, or a Model. By proceeding past the age-gate, you affirm under penalty of perjury that you meet this requirement. We reserve the right to terminate any account where we have reason to believe the age requirement has not been met, and to report suspected underage access to the relevant authorities.

4. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts at our discretion, including for violations of these Terms or for extended inactivity.

Accounts are non-transferable. You may not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer your account to another person. Creating multiple accounts to circumvent a suspension or ban is prohibited.

5. Content Standards and Prohibited Uses

All content published on the Platform must comply with our Content & Compliance Policy. You agree not to use the Platform to:

• Post content depicting or involving minors in any sexual context.
• Facilitate, promote, or engage in human trafficking or exploitation.
• Solicit or advertise any illegal activity, including prostitution where prohibited by applicable law.
• Impersonate another person or entity, or misrepresent your identity or age.
• Scrape, crawl, or harvest data from the Platform without our express permission.
• Introduce malware, viruses, or any code intended to disrupt the Platform.
• Circumvent, disable, or otherwise interfere with security features of the Platform.

6. Intellectual Property

The Escortivo name, logo, and the overall look and feel of the Platform are our intellectual property. You retain ownership of content you submit, but by submitting it you grant Escortivo a worldwide, royalty-free, sublicensable licence to use, reproduce, modify, distribute, and display that content in connection with operating and promoting the Platform.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. We make no representations about the accuracy or completeness of any content published by Models or other users.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Escortivo, its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Platform. Our aggregate liability for any claim shall not exceed the greater of €100 or the total fees paid by you in the twelve months preceding the claim.

9. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of Greece and the European Union. Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or the Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Athens, Greece, except where mandatory consumer protection laws in your country of residence provide otherwise.
