Content & Compliance Policy

1. Adults-Only Platform (18+)

Escortivo is exclusively for adults aged 18 and over. Access to the Platform requires affirmative age verification at entry. Any account or profile found to involve a person under 18 — whether as a Model or as a visitor — will be immediately and permanently removed. We reserve the right to report suspected underage activity to the relevant national authorities.

Models must be at least 18 years old at the time their profile is created and must remain 18 or older throughout their use of the Platform. If a Model turns 18 after account registration, their profile will not be made public until they provide valid age verification. No exceptions are made.

2. Model Verification

To maintain a safe and trustworthy directory, we apply the following verification process for all Model accounts:

• Identity confirmation: Models must provide a government-issued photo ID confirming their name and date of birth. ID documents are reviewed by our compliance team and are not displayed publicly.
• Photo verification: Profile photos must depict only the Model themselves. Stock images, photos of third parties, and digitally altered images that misrepresent appearance are prohibited.
• Periodic re-verification: We may request re-verification at any time, particularly if abuse reports are received or if a profile has been inactive for an extended period.

Profiles that have not completed verification are held in a pending state and are not visible to the public. Attempting to circumvent the verification process will result in permanent account suspension.

3. Prohibited Content

The following content is strictly prohibited on the Platform and will result in immediate removal and account termination:

• Any content that depicts, describes, references, or implies sexual activity involving a person under 18 years of age — including computer-generated or illustrated material.
• Content that constitutes or facilitates human trafficking, coercion, forced labour, debt bondage, or any other form of exploitation.
• Non-consensual imagery — including intimate photographs or videos shared without the explicit consent of every person depicted.
• Content promoting, glorifying, or inciting violence, abuse, or degradation against any individual or group.
• Advertisements for illegal firearms, controlled substances, or other contraband.
• False or deceptive claims, including misrepresentation of identity, age, location, or the nature of services offered.
• Hate speech, content discriminating on the basis of race, religion, national origin, disability, gender identity, or sexual orientation.

4. Reporting and Takedown Procedure

We take all reports of policy violations seriously and are committed to acting swiftly. If you encounter content that you believe violates this policy:

1. Use the "Report" button available on every profile and listing, or email us at report@escortivo.com.
2. Provide as much detail as possible: the URL of the content, a description of the violation, and any supporting evidence.
3. Our compliance team will acknowledge your report within 24 hours and complete a review within 72 hours for standard reports, or within 1 hour for reports involving suspected child safety issues.
4. Content determined to violate this policy will be removed and the associated account suspended pending investigation.
5. Where required by law, we will report confirmed violations to the relevant authorities, including the National Centre for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) for child safety matters.

5. Anti-Trafficking Statement

Escortivo has a zero-tolerance policy for human trafficking in all its forms. We actively cooperate with law enforcement and anti-trafficking organisations to identify and remove any content that may be connected to exploitation or trafficking networks.

We train our moderation team to recognise indicators of trafficking and exploitation. Any profile that displays such indicators will be suspended immediately and reported to the appropriate authorities, including Europol and national law enforcement agencies.

If you or someone you know is a victim of trafficking, please contact the European Anti-Trafficking Hotline at stopthetraffik.org or local emergency services. In Greece, you may also contact the Hellenic Police anti-trafficking unit at 1109.

6. Enforcement and Appeals

Violations of this policy may result in content removal, account suspension, or permanent termination — depending on the severity and recurrence of the violation. In cases involving child safety or trafficking, termination is immediate and permanent with no right of appeal.

For all other enforcement actions, affected users may submit an appeal within 14 days by emailing appeals@escortivo.com with the subject line "Content Appeal" and a full explanation. We will respond to appeals within 5 business days.
